Opportunity:
A Regina real estate team operating under CENTURY 21 Dome Realty, is growing and we need to add a talented, hardworking support person to the team. This opportunity is a part time position where the successful candidate will provide admin & marketing support to multiple real estate agents who are working in the areas of Commercial, Residential, & Farm Real Estate. Over time with growth and providing business targets are being acheived, this position will potentially develop into a full-time role within the firm.
Ideal candidates will already have experience in a support roles of this nature (i.e. working for multiple self-employed professionals)
Responsibilities:
You will work under the supervision of a team leader within the company and provide administrative assistance, marketing support, as well as manage office tasks such as:
-Task management
-Admin duties and research projects as directed
-Customer service and answering/responding to general inquiries
-Maintaining transaction files as per office policy regulatory guidelines
-Managing social media accounts, websites, and other web assets
-Executing marketing projects like: press releases, event coordination, community service efforts, brochure design, proposal drafting, etc.
-Database maintenance
Qualifications:
-Grade 12
-A valid Drivers licence
-A background screening which may include driving, credit, and criminal history
-Authorization to legally work in Canada
-Knowledge or interest in Real Estate & Marketing
-Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
-Excellent grammar & communication skills
-Work 20+ hours per week as scheduled including some evenings and weekends.
