Full-Time Receptionist
Little & Company LLP is a locally owned law firm in the heart of Saskatoon. We serve all areas of Saskatchewan. We practice in a variety of legal fields such as criminal, corporate commercial, real estate, wills & estates, family, civil and employment law. We currently operate with four lawyers and several support staff at our office.
Little & Company LLP is currently seeking a full-time receptionist for Monday-Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Daily duties include the following tasks:
Answering a multiple switch-line telephone;
Transferring calls and taking messages, which requires the use of Microsoft Office calendars;
Sorting mail and incoming faxes;
Taking mail to the post office/drop mail box;
Drafting letters using Microsoft Office Word;
Entering time sheets in PC Law;
Sorting disclosure and ensuring all discs and USBs are functioning;
Taking payments & posting receipts using PC Law;
Using PC Law to update and manage client information;
Opening & closing files using PC Law;
Pulling files utilizing our diary system, which uses Microsoft Office Excel;
Putting files away alphabetically;
Filing legal paperwork in the correct files;
Maintaining office supply inventory and place orders as required
Applicant must be bondable & have a criminal record check completed. Applicant must apply by May 30, 2018, at 4 p.m. as we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
