Staffing Consultant/Recruiter:
As the link between our client companies and our associates, the Staffing Consultant is a critical player in an Express Employment Professionals office. The primary emphasis is building and maintaining strong client relationships with local businesses through effective inside sales, sales calls to prospect companies, and by providing top industry talent to fulfill their staffing needs.
These essential functions will be asked of the selected candidate:
Maintaining a high level of daily activity to fill job orders with urgency
Qualifying clients and taking thorough and complete client requests
Making marketing calls to expand existing and create new business
Using an automated system to track and fill orders
Developing a pool of top talent by meeting with applicants daily and developing strong relationships.
Following up daily with clients and associates to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Conducting employment verifications on all new associates.
These knowledge and skills sets are preferred regarding the Staffing Consultant position:
We ask that you posses strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills.
Have a strong understanding of general business, office terminology, and basic computer and telephone skills
The ability to compose routine correspondence and reports.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary with commission/incentive opportunities.
