We are looking for a competent Caregiver to care for our 2 small children (ages 2 & 4 yrs old) in a professional and compassionate manner. The caregiver will provide care for children when parents are absent from the home.
Duties include the following:
Supervise and monitor the safety of children;
Prepare meals and organize mealtimes and snacks for children;
Help children keep good hygiene;
Change diapers and assist with potty training when ready;
Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allow children to learn about the world and explore interests;
Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime;
Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring any problems to the attention of parents;
The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks.

- Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens
- Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- Tend to emotional well-being of children
- Take children to and from school and to appointments
- Supervise and care for children
- Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infants

- Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children

- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Care for pets
- Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
