Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and prioritize facility maintenance programs
- Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair, making notes and providing recommendations as needed.
- Develop and maintain facility/equipment documentation and maintenance schedules.
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Reconfigure, install, position, and remount modular offices and space
- Manage the performance and delivery of outside contracted services as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Physical Requirements
- General knowledge of one or more trades (carpentry; electrical; plumbing; HVAC)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload based on operational needs.
- Basic use of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- People oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift minimum 50 pounds (trash, tools and supplies)
- Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, walking, etc., as job may require.
