Established manufacturer of agricultural and material handling equipment requires an additional enthusiastic individual for the role of USA Business Development Manager
Based out of the Company's Head Office in Yorkton, the Business Development Manager is responsible for serving and developing a LEON USA Dealer network within a specified geographical area to achieve monthly sales targets. Duties include managing existing Customer relationships, following up on opportunities and incoming sales inquiries, sourcing leads, and cold calling on potential accounts, order taking and negotiations, shipping assistance, service support, dealer development, and the coordination and participation in industry trade shows.
Preference will be given to sales professionals with a proven record in sales and Customer development in an agricultural or related industry. The ideal candidate will be excited about a challenging career in agricultural sales with the ability to travel when required to foster strong Dealer relationships that will achieve sales results.
Previous sales experience is required, although additional sales and product training will be provided to the right individual. Candidates must have exceptional verbal communication skills, above average customer service skills, and a working knowledge of common office software (email, spreadsheets and word processing).
