We have an opening for a qualified accounting clerk to join our team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will have the following responsibilities for multiple locations:
Daily deposit entry
Account reconciliation
Posting payments
Processing credit applications
Contacting and responding to customers
Working with department staff
Reporting account receivable status to management
Other administrative duties as required

Working knowledge of Office 365
Experience in accounts receivable and/or administration
