PRIMARY PURPOSE: Assist in safe and efficient construction of a pre-engineered steel building projects.
START DATE: Immediate
WAGE INFORMATION: $18-22 / hour starting wage based on experience and existing certifications. Overtime on 80+ hours averaged over 2 weeks. Bi-weekly pay. Benefits available after 6-month probationary period.
NATURE OF WORK: Working under Foreman supervision. Average crew size 4-5. Variable schedule and hours up to 12 hours/day based on projects, weather, and seasonal daylight restrictions.
LOCATION: Job sites within Saskatchewan, mostly Saskatoon area. Occasional travel (time, accommodations, and meals covered by company.)
TYPICAL DUTIES: Worksite maintenance, organization, power hand tool use, aerial lift and telehandler operation (if certified), lifting up to 100 lbs, metal siding, metal roofing, erecting and securing pre-engineered steel structures, insulating, working at avg heights of 20 - 30 ft.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- REQUIRED: fall protection, aerial lift & WHMIS
- Valuable: telehandler, rigging, first aid/CPR certifications

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation to and from work sites
- Must supply own hard hat, steel toe boots, and gloves
