Marshall's Ambulance Care Ltd. in St. Walburg, SK has an opening for a full time or part time office assistant. The successful person must possess excellent interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers; excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal, in person and on the phone); excellent grammar skills; proficient with various computer programs; excellent attention to detail; ability to multi-task; able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team environment; adaptable to a changing environment; willingness to learn; experience or education in bookkeeping/accounting with particular attention to Payroll and Accounts Receivable. Simply Accounting (Sage50) experience preferred but will train. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, an asset. Competitive wages.
