IMM requires a motivated individual to complete payroll and benefits administration whilst assisting with basic accounting functions.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Completing payroll process, including R.O.Es and T4s
- Administering Group Benefit Plan
- Administering Group RRSP
- Ensuring timely completion of WCB Reporting
- Completing new employee administration relating to onboarding and electronic input
- Maintain holiday schedules
- Daily time ticket corrections and summaries
- Submitting monthly online payments for PST, GST, Utilities and Credit cards
- Reconciling Bank Statements
- Recording of weekly and monthly KPIs
- Providing back up to Reception
