The Bookkeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing the working processes of accounting clerks. They will be in charge of work delegation and verification. In addition they will establish work schedules and procedures and create progress reports.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of accounting clerks.
Oversee payroll administration, invoice verification and insurance claims.
Delegate and coordinate work of accounting clerks.
Create and maintain accurate statistical data and progress reports.
Help accounting clerks perform duties in off time.
Liaise with other teams within the organization as well as externally.
