Overview
The Saskatchewan Research Councils Environment Division has an immediate opening for a Technologist I  Client Services in the Environmental Analytical Laboratories.

Accountabilities
    Communicate with clients regarding analytical testing requirements
    Accurate transcription of data  
    Log samples and required analysis into the lab information management system (LIMS)
    Coordinate the shipping of sampling supplies to clients based on their needs
    Some initial preparation of samples for analysis
    Provide general administrative support services for clients

Qualifications
    A chemical technology diploma or equivalent
    Experience in client service
    Knowledge of relevant chemical terminology, Microsoft Word and Excel

Skills
    Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and ability to maintain attention to detail
    A team player with effective interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
    Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and distractions in a very busy environment

The chosen candidate will be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties.  The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.

This position is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
