Description

The Key Collision Centre, a member of the Key Auto Group,  is currently seeking a full time Autobody Receptionist.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all incoming phone calls as well as directing all customer traffic. This person will also be responsible for customer follow up with estimates and job status reports, updating information and explaining paperwork to customers, and processing payments.

The Receptionist is responsible for adhering to business goals, performance, and customer service standards.

The candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, be well organized, have a professional appearance, be detail oriented and have above average computer skills.
