EDUCATION COORDINATOR  FULL TIME

If you are an outgoing, enthusiastic, and positive individual looking to make a difference in childrens lives, Oxford Learning has an exciting position for you!

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: supervising, managing daily operations, promoting sales, marketing, assessing and programing for students of all ages, speaking with parents and teaches, and working in a team environment.

A successful Education Coordinator will:
    Have a minimum of a Bachelors degree
    Possess a strong passion for seeing students succeed.
    Be comfortable working with students of all ages.
    Have some experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
    Have superb communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    Be flexible in your schedule and availability weekdays and be prepared to work some evenings and Saturdays.
    Be prepared to get a Police Vulnerable Sector Check and take a personality profile test.


A strong candidate for this position will possess the following skills:
    Strong written and oral communication skills in English
    Strong computer skills, particularly in word, excel, and power point
    Proven leadership and management skills with a great ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, all while successfully meeting deadlines.
    An ability to work independently and be a contributing member of a team.
    Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
    Strong French language skills are definitely an asset but not a requirement for this position.

Training in the Oxford educational philosophy and program methodologies and delivery is provided.
