Saber Management Ltd is a Property Maintenance and Management company. We are looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to work 3-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Filing of paid bills, payables, and receipts;
Reconciliation of bank statements, supplier accounts, payables, and paid bills;
Job tracking, costing of timesheets and supplies;
PST/GST remittances preparation
Scan, fax, email;
Must be able to work without supervision. Must have a high attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Two years of office administration experience.
Flexible hours during the day. $17.00/hour per week.
