The Senior Manager, Employee Relations is responsible for ensuring that the City of Lloydminsters most important asset, its human capital is nurtured and supported through the creation and management of programs, policies and procedures by fostering a positive work environment through effective employee-employer relations. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this position is responsible for the following employment related services, including:
