Ehealth Saskatchewan, an innovative and progressive environment is evolving to better serve the healthcare system.  An exciting and challenging role exists for a seasoned human resource professional to assume the newly created Senior Labour Relations Consultant role located in Regina.  
To succeed in this role, you will bring extensive experience with CBAs and working with a cross ministry team of professionals .  Previous experience and extensive knowledge of collective bargaining, dispute/grievance resolution methodology and practice is essential, including a working knowledge in preparing and delivering essential service plans.  This role is also responsible for arbitration, negotiations, and contract administration / interpretation while being actively involved in supporting clients in workplace issues, labour and employment.
To thrive in this role, you will bring a history of progressive, hands-on experience working with a variety of collective agreements, and a proven client-focused track record with well-developed communication and presentation skills.  A team-orientated individual with well-developed problem solving abilities would do well.  Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be acquired through a degree in human resources, supplemented by a specialized program or courses in labour relations or industrial relations with significant working experience in human resources.  Previous experience with technology, change and mergers is preferred.
