Supervise daily sales activities in store, including scheduling/assigning work, participating in performance assessment;
Organize stock and equipment, maintain inventory at certain levels to promote efficiency of operation;
Inspect service quality; Ensure customer satisfaction;
Make sure standards of hygiene is maintained and the store complies with health and safety regulations;
Keep daily sales records, such as number of clothes sold and hours worked by employees
Respond to customer complain and requests to ensure excellence in customer service is being provided
Coordinate with owner for special events and activates, including special discounts, decorations, etc.
Train staff with job duties, customer greetings, sales techniques and knowledge;
Design store display and signage to promote store image;
Handle and authorize payment for merchandise returns;
