The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Manager of Lending will be responsible for the development and administration of the commercial and agriculture lending portfolio.  They will coach, mentor and train their team to ensure performance is in line with our strategy and acting in accordance to our profitability and risk standards.  They will create and administer lending procedures and guidelines to meet compliance regulations and will develop new products and services to meet our members needs.

Qualifications

    Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education plus 7  9 years of job related experience.  
    Previous management and coaching experience with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performance teams is a requirement.
