RAM Industries (www.ramindustries.com) has over 40 years' experience as a leader in the design and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders and machined components for North American markets. We are looking for an Inside Technical Salesperson in our Yorkton SK office for an immediate start date.

Working with all departments at RAM, the Inside Technical Sales Person will work directly with our customers as the first line of communication. This person will also aid the Engineering, Manufacturing and Regional Sales team in day to day activities. Direct involvement in maintaining and growing our Sales and Regional Territories is a major focus of the position. This role comes with a potential for advancement into a Regional Territory Management position.

Applicants require a technical background with knowledge of hydraulic cylinders and an understanding of machining and manufacturing capabilities. The successful candidate will possess Engineering or Technologist credentials and be computer literate in Inventor or equivalent engineering software, Word and Excel. Three or more years selling industrial products (mechanical/hydraulic) is also preferred.

The main focus of this position is to communicate directly with existing and new customers, offer Technical expertise, solicit Sales and promote Ram Industries in a professional and energetic manner.

International travel is expected a valid passport and drivers licence is required. Good English written and verbal skills, along with a good social and customer relation skills are mandatory.
