At W.A. Grain & Pulse Solutions, we are continually expanding our facilities and are in need of qualified individuals. We purchase various grains such as peas, lentils, fababeans, wheat, rye etc. We then sell them locally, or to our extensive network of global buyers. These grains either get cleaned at one of our facilities, or loaded to rail. We currently have facilities in Alberta and Saskatchewan, and load at various rail sidings throughout both provinces. We are currently hiring for our Vanguard, Pambrun SK location.
Lead Plant Operator
The Plant Operator will have the following responsibilities:
Operations including loading rail cars & containers
Co-ordinating producer deliveries
Procedure compliance (safety, maintenance)
Grain cleaning operations
Quality control ( grain sampling & grading)
The Individual we are looking for must possess the following skills and experience:
Recent experience in grain elevator, feed mill or cleaning plant an asset
Mechanical aptitude with machinery
Superior organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be literate with computers

Salary will be based on experience. We offer benefits after a 3 month probation period.
