GasBuddy is looking for a Support Specialist to join our team dedicated to providing the ultimate experience for our members. GasBuddy is the leading gas price comparison app and website, connecting drivers with their Perfect Pit Stop.
You will be providing exceptional support to our GasBuddies that will be calling in with questions around our new product, GasBuddy Pay. Pay with GasBuddy is the first-of-its kind fuel savings program giving US drivers a discount on virtually every gallon of gas they will ever pump.
The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about customer service, comfortable in a fast moving organization, and excited to collaborate and express ideas.
Skill Requirements:
- Superb communication skills with telephone and email
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in client phone and email support
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must display professionalism and confidence
- A self starter who requires minimal guidance
- Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile apps would be an asset
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to our GasBuddy users, via ZenDesk ticketing software and phone
- Coordinate with various teams and users on project/feature implementations that could affect support requests
- Be proactive in learning new features of GasBuddy
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and some weekends
- Knowledge of social platforms would be an asset
