Our Carrot River site is presently seeking an Operations Administrator (10-month maternity leave coverage) to manage day-to-day administrative duties which include front reception, answering the phone, accounts payable, payroll support, courier & shipping, and maintaining office supplies. This is a key role in supporting the Carrot River and Hudson Bay operations in meeting their goals, and to helping Premier Tech meet the ever-increasing demands for our horticulture products.
Being an Operations Administrator with PT means
- Providing customer service, data management and maintaining office supply levels;
- Entering, transferring, coding, modifying and verifying data in the computer system (A/P, payroll, inventory, etc.);
- Providing customer service to freight carriers and preparing shipping related documents;
- Preparing charts and reports;
- Supporting the inventory management activities;
- Ensuring that all documents are accurate and valid;
- Attending to the front counter as required;
- Working safely every day along with keeping the safety of others at the forefront.
