Expectations:
Operational Effectiveness and Efficiency:
-Measure and monitor customer cases throughout the implementation and service cycles of their business , ensuring that customer expectations and timelines are being met
-Proactively identify and escalate issues on specific cases, and to identify issues across cases so that they can be addressed quickly and efficiently.
-Provision of regular reports on the key KPIs of the operations management of the operational project boards, provision of regular operational KPI reports
-Root cause analysis of problems and solution development
-Ensure that service providers are operating within established timeline and quality expectations
-Identify best practices and leverage these practices throughout the operation.
-Ensure all processes and SOPs are documented and followed.
-Manage operational improvement projects
-Ensure all client related operational information is up to date in the correct system
-Facilitating problem solving sessions , project meetings
-Follow up on customer cases and projects problem solving and proactive resolution on items that are behind or not working as well
Qualifications
-Accounting, Finance, or Business, educational background and experience preferred
-Project Management Experience Defining, documenting, actively following up and getting hands on involved in execution not just administrative follow up
-Process Documentation and Optimization experience
-Able to function in a very high paced environment
-Able to deal with complexity
-Proactive and high follow up behavior
-Able to communicate well, influence others, and articulate clearly the status of projects/cases/issues
-High energy, driven to succeed with a balance of big picture thinking and attention to detail when necessary
