La Prep is an upscale bistro-style quick service restaurant specializing in freshly prepared innovative sandwiches, salads, baked goods and specialty coffees. We t pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our ingredients with a dazzling array of the delicious menu created in our kitchens daily. Our modern and sophisticated bistro environment provides the perfect atmosphere to relax and re-energize with friends, colleagues and business affiliates.
We are looking for energetic, responsible and customer focused individuals who can demonstrate the care that goes into making quality food in a friendly environment and has following skill sets:
Have a positive attitude, openness, and willing to offer a great customer experience.
Speaks good English.
Have minimum of 6 months of experience in preparing specialty Coffee and Smoothie.
Have minimum of 6 months of experience in using semi-automatic espresso machines.
Is able to work in fast-paced environment (produce specialty Coffees and Smoothie quickly)
Demonstrates passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
You are capable of managing the Coffee and Bar par independently.
You are capable of training new staff as needed and always ready to get cross trained for skill sets required in the store from time to time.
Have a positive attitude, openness, and willing to offer a great customer experience.
