Diabetes Canada is currently hiring Tele-recruiters to recruit canvassers by telephone, at the Diabetes Canada office. These canvassers, you recruit, will volunteer their time going door to door asking for donations during our 2 week Fall Residential Campaign in October. The TRs contract starts July 9, 2018 and will go for 11 weeks.
Job requirements include:
- Must be able to speak and write English
- Utilize the provided script for calls
- Meet recruitment call targets per shift
- Maintain neat, accurate and organized files/records
- Maintain confidentiality of volunteer information
- Comply with the Diabetes Canadas policies and procedures
*** Must be available Monday to Friday evenings from 5:00pm - 9:00pm for the 11 weeks. Saturdays are available but not mandatory. * Please Note: This job does not entail soliciting donations.
