Main Responsibilities:
Familiar with PNP-SK Immigration procedure
and strong customer service oriented;
Setup schedule with clients for business
exploratory trip, including visit local
businesses, living environment, schools etc;
Serves as liaison between the customers
and various departments;
Monitor, review and report on all
marketing activities and results;
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing
activities and policies to promote products and
services
Follow up with clients periodically;
Perform daily office work;
Requirement:
Previous related immigration work
experience is an asset;
Team player with good driving record, a
valid driving license is a must;
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills with both English and Chinese;
Hands on experience with MS Office
software;
Bachelors degree preferred in Business
Administrative or Commerce;
Knowledgeable of customer service
inclusive of hotel reservations, ground
transportation, information on local attractions
and activities, and other information that
provides valuable service to our customers;
