Description

We are looking for a self-starter to join our team. As the IT Application Specialist, you will be responsible for multiple domains delivery of application code and associated documentation to support and enhance the overall operation of information technology systems.  The position will assist internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, deliver requests based on requirements, and provide continuous support for process improvement while fostering relationships with IT and business partners.  The position also ensures technology meets our business requirements and adheres to IT processes.  

Ideal candidates will have a post secondary degree in Computer Science or Data Processing Diploma along with a minimum of five years of related business experience.
Knowledge of PL/SQL, C# .NET and Java is required, and PowerBuilder is an asset.
Candidates will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of information systems used as well as application programming, database and system design. Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
