Description

Driving Change Automotive Group oversees four dealerships across Saskatchewan and Manitoba.  We are seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to oversee our Information Systems and manage data strategies to improve and optimize business decisions and performance.  

Responsibilities
Create, support and maintain data models, reports and dashboards that drive value to the organization
Analyze the current IT environment to identify deficiencies and implement solutions
Manage applications and data integration platforms, define sourcing approach and manage the providers
Set direction and priority with third party providers, manage relationships with technical leadership, coordinate resources and address delivery issues
Coach and mentor the productivity and performance of technical team members
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations to address business objectives.
Research new technology to develop recommendations on innovative business solutions and opportunities to improve existing applications
Partner with business users to solution improvements in processes and enterprise applications

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and recommend technologies as part of an overall strategic plan
Experienced with analytic tools, business intelligence applications, and database management systems
Knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques
Highly collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field
