Beginning in 1989 as a transformer maintenance and repair shop, Partner Technologies Incorporated (PTI) has grown progressively and is now an innovative leader in the electrical industry producing some of the most ground breaking, cost-effective, and high quality solutions for transformers globally. The Company's 120+ employees currently manufacture and service liquid-filled distribution and small to medium size power transformers from a 100,000 square foot facility in Regina. Our production facility is clean and well organized with a focus on teamwork, quality and innovation. Our production facility operates on shift schedule: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and every second Friday as an earned day off. Key responsibilities are:
Preparing, painting units using approved materials and equipment
Ensuring quality control
Performing and arranging inspections
Maintaining the paint booth and paint equipment.
Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, dragging, and pulling of moderate to heavy materials as well as use of respirators are required.
The ideal candidate will have auto body technician or automotive painter certificate: 3+ years' experience as a liquid paint technician would be an asset.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English and math skills are necessary.
In order to be considered for this position, you MUST already be living in Canada and be eligible to work, as we do not have an open LMIA. A criminal record check will be conducted before hire.
We are unable to accommodate apprentices working towards their journeyman status.
