Intermediate and Senior Engineers
Are you looking for an opportunity to work for an Engineering Consulting firm as they continue to build on their success and grow in Saskatchewan? P.Engineer candidates will be a natural leaders with strong business development skills and will be primarily focused on building trust based relations with our actual and future clients. Part of your role will be leadership that entails a nuanced understanding of the challenges and roadblocks faced by our engineering teams as they progress through projects. The technical background for the position is very important. Industrial or Municipal experience is imperative. Other principal tasks involved are working on technical projects, proposal preparation and quality control.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain business relations
Prepare Quotes, Proposals and Cost Estimates
Establish the basics of design and develop concepts
Participate to engineering design and site visits
Establish and define the technical standards required of the project

Qualifications:
Engineering Degree,various disciplines
5 plus years working in the Industrial, Mining, Municipal, Water and Wastewater fields
Entrepreneurial/Team spirit and ease with business development
Excellent balance between technical expertise and management
Autonomy in decision-making and multidisciplinary vision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Focused on results and customer satisfaction
