ZicomTech Ltd. is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our Top Clients located in Regina, SK. To be considered for this position, you must be able to help business users understand their respective business processes and resolves issues using technology, processes, people and structure.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:
    Apply a business analysis framework for success.
    Document Business Process and Workflow Models (As-Is and To-Be).
    Document Use Cases based on Business Process and Workflow Models.
    Effectively analyze information, problems, situations, practices or procedures.
    Document, manage and translate functional and non-functional requirements.
    Analyze business requirements and convert to business rules.
    Verify solution meets requirements.
    Work closely with technical teams to ensure their understanding of requirements to solutions meet the needs of the users.
    Act as a liaison between technical teams and Stakeholders.
    Create and document feasibility studies, business cases, requirements and user manuals.
    Create and manage a plan for testing that ensures the end product supports the business processes.
    Lead the business through the process of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are sufficiently identified, tracked and functional in the finished system.
    Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
    Develop training, training materials and facilitate training for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Business Analyst Qualifications:
    Completion of a post-secondary program in Business or Information Technology, with five or more years of business analysis experience.
    Business Analysis Certification such as IIBA or PMI-PBA
    Prosci Certification would be an asset but not mandatory.
