Description

Responsibilities:
An Installation and Servicing Technician to
install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices,video,access control and related
equipment. Provide security system training to users as needed.

Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and basic network
related problems. Must possess basic IT skills and an understanding of Local Area Network
(LAN) configuration, connection and operation.

Interpret diagrams,blueprints and technical manuals as necessary.

Maintain proficiency in the use of personal
computers and software applications including our internal proprietary programs.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience related to the job duties of this position.
Possess valid driver's license and maintain
acceptable driving record - Out of town travel is required.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be
met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent prolonged periods of
standing, bending, pulling, twisting, reaching, and climbing.

Complete worksite safety assessments and take
appropriate actions to minimize risk of injury.
Address customer concerns regarding operation of
our security systems.

Ensure assigned vehicle is maintained in
accordance with required schedule.
Ensure vehicle inventory is replenished and
maintained in accordance with Company standards.

Ideal candidate will possess electronics related
diploma / certification from a recognized post
secondary institution
