Holy Family is seeking an individual to fill the full time position of Office Manager. The responsibilities include finance functions, reception, records management, general administration, and various aspects of security management. Hours average 140 per month with a decrease of hours in July and August, and an increase in hours during year end. The position is required to supervise, schedule and/or provide direction to others, and deals with highly sensitive and confidential information. The position reports directly to the Pastor. Candidate must obtain and pass the Criminal Records Check prior to being offered the position.

-Strong organizational and time management

transaction practices
-Ability to work independently and in a
team environment
-Working level skill in supervising staff
and volunteers
-Excellent oral and written communication
