We are looking for a full time self-motivated, hardworking individual for the Body Shop Office Administrator at Shellbrook Chevrolet Buick GMC Body Shop. Qualifying applicants must be of working age in Canada and hold a valid driver's license. Proficient computer skills are a must. Applicants must be able to work well with a team, but also excel when working alone. We offer competitive wages and full benefits after probationary period. Other job opportunities may become available for the right individual.

Job Qualifications:

- Written and oral English skills - other language skills an asset

- Must have previous experience in a office setting

- Customer service skills a must

- Be able to work in a fast paced environment

- Communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills

- High attention to detail

Job tasks included but not limited to:

- Customer service

- Computer work

- Creating work orders for technicians

- Submit SGI claims for customers

- Using SGI provided software for SGI claims and supplemental work

- Customer pay quotes - taking payment, creating bills, etc.

- Cleaning and organizing front office

- Ordering parts/supplies for shop

- Work seamlessly with SGI Adjusters/Appraisers

- Scheduling appointments for customers, creating work schedule for body shop technicians
