The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Possess a journeyman red seal in refrigeration and HVAC with a gas fitter license
Ability to manage staff
Attention to detail
Organized
Ability to control a budget
Work on convenience store equipment (willing to train on non-refrigeration/HVAC)
Has own tools
Valid drivers license
Available days, evenings and weekends
Able to complete building maintenance tasks
Complete work orders electronically
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Problem solving
- Critical thinking
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Appliance Repair Trade Certification
