We serve farmers from across the globe from our corporate office located in Saskatoon, SK, and manufacturing plants located in Yorkton, SK, and Minnedosa, MB.

We are seeking a team oriented individual for the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join us in our Yorkton, SK manufacturing facility.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for designing and analyzing lean manufacturing processes that optimize space, equipment, material, and personnel. This position will support all current and new product introductions and review all performance data to measure productivity and effectiveness.

In this role you will guide a growing team, including maintenance personnel, to build and develop a preventative maintenance program that fits within the ideals of a lean, efficient plant by tracking, monitoring, and providing recommendations for equipment based on usage and repairs. This role will require in dept interaction between departments to facilitate standards for production.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in a managerial position would be an asset
- Excellent management, planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, and ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System
