Job Summary:
The Boom Truck Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently loading and hauling heavy equipment and materials using the boom truck and performing construction labour work on a long-term project in Regina. The hours of work are 8 hour days, 5 days per week, with overtime and Saturdays as needed or when required.
Qualifications:
3 years experience as a Boom Truck Operator.
VALID Saskatchewan Class 1A or ability to obtain one
CURRENT Journeyman Boom Truck Operator Ticket
Ability to pass D & A
Ability to draft and calculate lift plans
Experience in rigging and material inspection
Flexibility to bounce back and forth from one work area to another
Ability to follow instructions
Proven Safety Training and Behaviour Based approach
Experience with working long hours, varied shifts, and in a team environment
CSTS / SCOT / BSO
Fall Protection
Aerial Work Platform
Ground Disturbance Supervisory Level 2
Ability to perform daily maintenance on equipment.
