POSITION AND SCOPE
The Vacuum Truck Operator will work with GFL's professional Vacuum Truck and Industrial Services team to provide exceptional service to our clients, specifically in the mining sector. Services provided include (but are not limited to): hydro-excavating, line flushing, power washing, water hauling and sewage loading and hauling. The chosen individual will perform this diverse range of activities with a focus on safety, professionalism and teamwork.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1A or 3A Saskatchewan drivers license with a clean drivers abstract supplied with application
Industrial vacuum truck and hydro-excavating experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Safety-focused attitude with experience working in an industrial setting
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Safely operate equipment in an industrial setting
Maintain detailed, accurate transportation documentation to accompany work performed
Professionally represent GFL and provide exceptional service to all clients
Complete daily equipment pre-trips and logs required for safety and service schedules
Participate in GFL's safety programs including: safety meetings, last-minute risk assessments and job hazard assessments
