Description

INFO Immigration Centre for Application (IICA) is currently looking for energetic and passionate cooks and the job duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Prepare and cook complete meals
Cooking on the line, sauting, frying, braising, prepping fruits and vegetables
Meet or exceed food quality and plating specifications
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Oversee kitchen operation
Clean kitchen and work area
