Brandt is currently seeking a ProActive Maintenance Sales Coordinator for or Regina location. This position would be responsible for providing ProActive Maintenance Quotes to our Sales & CSA Team in a timely manner. Responsibilities include:
    Provide PM Quotes
    PM Quoting/Contract Duties
    PM Agreement Administration
    Track and maintain PM Agreement information
    Update/maintain the pricing calculator tool
    Handle incoming calls of customers (internal / external)
    Collaborate with Parts Managers and PM Technicians.
    Manage the 249 Account (Prepaid agreements)
    Connexion mobile building & maintenance
    Assist with RPM of the Connexion Mobile software application
    JD Link monitoring & machine tracking of customers machines with PM contracts
    Work in concert with the PM Coordinator
o    Assist dispatch & Scheduling when required
o    Assist in WO (Open & Close) when required

Required Experience:
    Must have a strong understanding maintenance of construction equipment.
    Strong communication skills; timeliness, organized, and high attention to detail.
    Time Management:  Responses in a timely manner
    Have worked with or are prepared to work with time sensitive requests.
    Ability to communicate effectively with the branches.
    Understand the customers needs, coordinate with resources in a timely manner.
    High level of computer skills
