Requirements:
-You are a leader in early childhood profession and take pride in your work
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education with Level III certification and experience in ECE programming and administration
-Or have Level II and be willing to work towards Level III.
Duties:
- Provide leadership to the team of Early Childhood Educators, the Board and the families enrolled.
- Ensure the provision of quality childcare service that fulfills the philosophy of the Center and operates in compliance with The Child Care Act and Regulations.
- Administer the policies of the Board by assisting in developi9ng and implementing procedures which meet the goals of the center.

Early Childhood Education Skills
- Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
- Prepare progress reports and discuss with parents and other staff members
- Plan and develop child care and nursery school programs
