The ideal candidate for our team should be:
Experienced as a Financial Service Manager in the auto industry, or other equivalent experience
Experienced in Sales is considered an asset
Highly motivated and energetic
Demonstrates the drive to learn and continuously improve
Possess a team first mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Possess excellent communication and people skills
Ability to complete highly detailed work accurately and efficiently
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this position would be responsible for:
Presenting finance and other protection and insurance options to customers
Collect information from customers to obtain finance approvals
Coordinate the successful delivery of vehicles with the sales person
As a Financial Services Manager, you will be working with a supportive team as well as customers and financial institutions.
