Do you like the idea of working for a leader in the agriculture marketplace...consider Pattison Agriculture. We are a John Deere agricultural equipment dealer with 19 locations throughout Saskatchewan and Western Manitoba.

Pattison Agriculture is growing and is looking for a Regional Used Equipment Manager. This position will ideally be based out of Swift Current, SK.

In this position, you will implement plans and processes that increase used equipment sales, profits, margins, and inventory turnover on the west side of the province. Additionally, this individual will carry out the policies created by the VP of Used Equipment that involve valuation, reconditioning and wholesale. Collaborating with the sales management team, you will focus on inventory levels of used equipment and make decisions as to when inventory should be wholesaled; with the help of the finance team, calculate year-end write-downs of inventory; establish margin guidelines on trades; and dispatching the appraisers appropriately.

You will work with the Marketing Department to, utilize several marketing avenues and drive new marketing initiatives, and ensure a MFPro of over 90% at all times. You must have, excellent written and verbal communication skills in individual or group settings; the ability to analyze and interpret internal reports; and the ability to use Deere sales computer applications and tools as well as the confidence using computer applications, technology and tools. You must also possess a valid drivers license, an ability to travel throughout Saskatchewan and Western Manitoba, and can work flexible hours, if needed.

A minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education; 3+ years of equipment sales experience is preferred; and a familiarity with John Deere and competitive products is considered to an asset.
