Oakwood Nissan is looking for a part-time SERVICE ASSISTANT.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Schedule and confirm appointments, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Answer electronic inquiries, Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Cash out customers
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail
Personal Suitability:
Ability to multitask, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Reliability
Business Equipment and Computer Applications:
Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word
Hours:
Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
