Ability to Supervise :5-10 people

Workers Supervised: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Cook (general)
Specific Skills:
Knowledge of Ethnic food items and dishes, Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare
food, Prepare food order ingredients and summaries for orders, Ensure food service and quality control,
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check
take out orders, Establish work schedules
