Previous Automotive Sales experience is a must.
Responsible for:
- Managing a Sales Team (i.e. Motivating, assisting with hitting goals/targets, daily one-on-one meetings to ensure proper follow up etc.)
- Hitting targets.
- Presenting vehicles and financial details in regard to automotive financing.
- Closing- Completing delivery paperwork.
- Maintaining great customer relationships.
- Handling customer issues.
- Managing the locations employees (Assistant Manager, Sales Professionals, Lot Attendants, Mechanic) as well as the general upkeep of the location (i.e. condition of lot etc.)
- Maintaining a positive and successful work environment.
- Schedule and oversee Appointments/Deliveries.
- Working with the Finance Department to discuss deal potential.
Requirements:
- Outstanding Work Ethic.
- Enthusiasm.
- Organized.
- Holds self accountable.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Extensive Sales experience is an asset.
- Previous Automotive Sales experience is a must.
- Proficient with Computers.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
