The Hi-Life Natural Remedies provides an online healthcare and lifestyle wellness clinic delivering Integrated Medical Marijuana Therapy (IMMT). We focus on lifestyle wellness (including diet, nutrition, exercise and sleep) integrated with medical marijuana treatment options. We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) that will offer online consultations to individuals interesting in treatment options with a principal focus on legal medical marijuana sourced from Health Canada approved licensed producers under the ACMPR.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Consulting with patients
Conduct virtual appointments as scheduled by the Clinic Director
Assess patient conditions and determine their eligibility for IMMT
Answering questions about medical cannabis treatments and other medical options
Document and maintain medical records Requirements:
Member in good standing of the College of Nurses and are licensed to prescribe cannabis
Has completed an approved controlled substance prescription and management education program; Belief in Cannabinoid treatment is essential, with an understanding of the endocannabinoid system (ECS) being an important asset
Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
Highly organized and autonomous
Knowledgeable of online tools and services like Telemedicine, Google Apps, etc.
This is a part-time position, offering a flexible schedule and competitive salary based on skills and experience. If needed additional training concerning cannabinoids and the endo-cannabinoid system can be provided to the selected candidate. The position may move to full-time in the medium to long-term.
