Description

Allan Construction is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- managing recruitment and selection process
- conducting new employee orientations
- coordinating employee training and development
- records management
- performing other related duties as required

Qualifications include:
- degree or diploma in Human Resources
- 1-3 years experience in recruitment is considered an asset
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement
- ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and work with minimal supervision
- possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- proficient in MS Office tools

The successful candidate will be eligible to participate in benefits from Merit Contractors Association.  As a condition of employment, all potential employees must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.
