Assisting the Director with administrative tasks including work in process
Oversee the reception area, greeting customers, assisting walk-in customers in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Take memo and messages on incoming inquiry or during meetings
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers
Maintaining customer files, prepare correspondence and invoices
Maintaining records of office inventory, order parts, equipment, and supplies for the business
Assisting and keep tracking of the job flow
Answer phone calls and reply to emails
Maintain correspondence with overseas buyers
Follow up with forwarder on shipping schedule
May perform other duties as instructed by the Director
